With the manifold activities in the area of art and culture in its history of more than 25 years, the House of Culture, established and funded by the nuclear power plant, becomes an attractive center both for Kozloduy’s residents and guests.
There are concerts, ballet, shows, theatre plays for children and adults in its program. There are meetings with writes and artist conducted as well as workshops, conferences etc. Young and well-known artists exhibit their works in the lobby where exhibitions are organized, as well as different galleries visit the House of Culture with their collections. The exhibitions are changed usually every second week.
The House of Culture attracts the citizens and guests of the municipality of Kozloduy with its wide range of possibilities for training and creative activities: teaching in musical instruments like violin and piano, arts studio, dances, language courses for children and adults etc. The quality of training and the works of art are proved by numerous awards from national and international competitions and a by the invitations received form the country and abroad.
It is constructed on an area of 4000 sq. m., the House of Culture has available a modern and well maintained equipment thus providing good conditions for conducting conferences , workshops, exhibitions etc:

  • Auditorium – with 470 seats, equipped with a modern sounding system (in-built sounding– 1500 W, mobile sounding systems – 500, 1500 and 3000 W); revolving stage, stage illumination; piano.

  • Small hall – 100 seats. Possibility for sounding and mobile arrangement of seats.

  • Chamber hall – with 50 seats, a small stage, a grand piano and piano.

  • Lobby – exhibition panels of 6 sq. m.
