	Milena Tsenova Chairperson of the Board of Directors Milena Tsenova was born in 1964 in Sofia. In 1987 she graduated from The Chemistry and Technology Institute in Sofia in chemistry engineering. She has also got a Diploma in economics from the University of National and World Economics and has specialized marketing management at the Chartered Institute of Marketing in London. Milena Tsenova is an engineer and economist with long experience in the areas of production, trade, marketing, corporative communications and public relations. Since 1996 she has worked in different positions related to strategy planning, marketing studies, marketing management, management of sale and production processes. From 2002 to 2008 she was Marketing and Corporative Communications Director of Devin Ltd. From 2009 Milena Tsenova was Marketing manager of the Elgeka-Ferfelis International company. Milena Tsenova is in good command of English and Russian. She is married and has got two children. Head of the political cabinet of the Minister of Economy, Energy and Tourism Traycho Traykov.

	Dimitar Angelov Executive Director Born on December 14th, 1949 in the town of Haskovo. He has graduated from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute in specialty Nuclear power plants and facilities. Dimitar Angelov has also acquired a Master’s degree in Business organization and management at the “D. A. Tsenov” Academy of Economics – Svishtov. He began work at Kozloduy NPP in May, 1977 and in succession has gained experience at various positions of the operation staff at the 440 MW Units 1 – 4, to reach the position of Chief Shift Supervisor. From 1984 till end of August 2009 he worked at the 1000 MW Units 5 and 6 – Electricity Production-2, where he was in the positions of a Chief Shift Supervisor, Director, Chief Engineer of Electricity Production-2, etc. In the position of Head of the Engineering section and Chief Engineer he took part in implementation of the 1000 MW Units Modernization programme. Married, with one child, in good command of the Russian language.

	Kostadin Dimitrov Member of the Board of Directors Born on March 17th, 1955 in the village of Urovene, Vratsa District. Graduated from the “D. A. Tsenov” Academy of Economics – Svishtov in specialty Accounting and control. After graduation he has worked as an accountant at the “Gavril Genov” machine-building plant in Vratza and later – at Balkanbank Commercial Bank. In November 2000 he became Chief accountant at the Kozloduy Nuclear Power Plant. Within the period 2004 – 2005 he specialized in “Currency, customs and taxation control” at the Academy of Economics – Svishtov. In 2006 – 2007 in this same Academy he specialized in International accounting standards. Kostadin Dimitrov is in good command of Russian language, married, with two children.
